1. Booking & Cancellations Policy
• Booking: All appointments must be booked online via our website or phone. A deposit is required to secure your spot.
• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a non-refundable deposit.
• No Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge for the full appointment.
2. Refund Policy
• No Refunds on Services: All services are final once completed. We do not offer refunds for completed work.
• Hair Products: Due to the nature of raw hair, all sales are final. Please inspect your hair before installation for any concerns.
3. Hair Care & Maintenance Policy
• Hair Care Instructions: To maintain the quality of your raw hair, we recommend using sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners. We provide detailed care instructions with every purchase.
• Reinstallation & Touch-ups: We suggest reinstalling your hair every 6-8 weeks for optimal longevity and appearance. Touch-ups for natural weaves can be scheduled as needed.
4. Service Guarantees
• Quality Assurance: We only offer premium, 100% raw hair and guarantee the quality of our products. If there is an issue with your hair, we will resolve it on a case-by-case basis, provided the hair has not been altered or damaged.
• Install Quality: We stand behind the quality of our installations. If you are unhappy with your install, please let us know within 48 hours, and we will make adjustments as needed.
5. Late Policy
• Late Arrivals: We understand that life happens! However, if you arrive 15 minutes late or more, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late fee may apply.
6. Privacy & Data Protection Policy
• Client Information: We value your privacy. All personal information shared with us is confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
• Payment Security: Payments made on our website are processed securely, and we do not store sensitive financial data.
